User Guide

Help for you, on your terms.

As a User, you talk with Rae whenever something comes up, and you decide who’s in your support circle. Your circle hears from you when you choose: a quick check-in on a good day, or a call for help when you want one.

How and when to loop in your circle

You choose your circle

Invite the people you’d call anyway: a son, a daughter, a close friend. Add or remove anyone, any time.

✓ Checked in

Check in with one tap

Tap “I’m good” and your circle sees it. No phone call needed.

Asked for help

Ask for help when you want it

Tap “I need help” and your circle is told right away, so someone can call or come by.

Good times to loop them in

A real moment

Rae thinks the printer may need replacing.

You tried a few fixes together, and Rae thinks it’s worn out. Tap “I need help” so your daughter can help you choose a new one.

A real moment

The power and hot water go out.

This needs hands-on help. Rae can help you call a service provider, and if someone in your circle lives nearby, they can stop in.
