Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

YourRealm respects intellectual-property rights. Please report content you believe infringes your copyright so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

On this page

  1. Send a report
  2. Review and response
  3. Other rights and misuse

01Send a report

Email support@yourrealm.com with “Copyright report.” Identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and where it can be found in YourRealm, your name and contact information, and whether you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. Include your physical or electronic signature, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Do not send unrelated private call content or sensitive information. Provide enough detail for us to locate the material securely. We may ask for clarification and share relevant report information with the person whose content is affected, while limiting unnecessary personal details.

02Review and response

We review sufficiently specific reports and may remove or restrict material, notify the affected user, or request more information. We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A report does not automatically establish infringement; we consider applicable exceptions and rights, including fair use.

If your content was removed because of a copyright claim and you believe that removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, email support@yourrealm.com with “Copyright counter-notice.” Include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number. State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if outside the United States, the federal court in Delaware, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

We forward a valid counter-notice to the reporting party. Where the statutory counter-notice procedure applies, we may restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the reporting party notifies us that it filed a court action seeking to restrain the challenged use. We may independently keep material unavailable if it violates another applicable rule, and explain that basis. Counter-notices disclose your contact details to the reporting party; do not submit one unless you are prepared for that disclosure.

03Other rights and misuse

For trademark, privacy, impersonation, or other rights concerns, contact the same address and describe the issue. Do not knowingly make a false report or counter-notice; material misrepresentations may carry legal consequences. This policy does not authorize infringement or limit either party’s lawful claims.
