Circle of Support Guide

Be there, without hovering.

In someone’s Circle of Support, you see their check-ins and know right away when they ask for you, so you can stop worrying on quiet days and show up when it counts.

What you’ll see, and when to step in

✓ Checked in

Checked in

They tapped “I’m good.” A quiet, good day. Nothing for you to do.

Worth a look

Worth a look

Something to review, like a check-in that hasn’t come in yet. A good moment to call.

Asked for help

Asked for help

They asked for you. It always comes first, with their message, so you can call or go over.

When to step in

A real moment

Mom wakes up feeling sick.

She taps “I need help”: “Not feeling well this morning.” You call to hear how she is, and go over with soup or drive her to the doctor if she needs it.

A real moment

Dad hasn’t checked in by 9:00.

It shows as worth a look, not an emergency. A friendly call mid-morning is usually all it takes.
