Subscription Terms

Last updated: October 29, 2026

01Price and what you are buying

Before purchase, the checkout identifies the seller or billing platform, included features, price and currency, taxes, billing interval, trial or introductory period, renewal price, and how to cancel. The selected offer is part of your agreement. Monthly and annual plans, other displayed billing periods, and one-time purchases may be offered. A one-time purchase does not renew unless you separately choose a subscription.

Free alpha or beta access, an early-access request, and downloading the app do not authorize a charge. An offer does not become paid without your affirmative purchase authorization.

02Automatic renewal and payment authorization

WHEN YOU SELECT AN AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AUTHORIZE THE DISCLOSED INITIAL CHARGE AND RECURRING CHARGES FOR EACH BILLING PERIOD UNTIL YOU CANCEL. Renewal occurs for the same billing interval at the disclosed renewal price, subject to advance notice and any required consent for changes. The checkout and purchase confirmation identify the next charge or how to find it.

Keep billing information current. The billing provider may update saved payment details through its supported account-updater service and retry a declined authorized charge. A failed charge may pause paid access after any stated grace period; it does not permit arbitrary additional charges. We correct billing errors and preserve your legal dispute rights.

03Stripe web and mobile-web purchases

When you buy directly from YourRealm through a browser, including a browser on your phone, Stripe processes payment for YourRealm. Your payment details are submitted to Stripe through its checkout or payment interface. Stripe’s applicable terms and Privacy Policy also apply to its services.

Manage the subscription through the billing-management link in your receipt or account settings. You may also email support@yourrealm.com to cancel or obtain help. We send confirmation when a direct subscription is canceled. A support request received before renewal will be honored for that renewal; if processing delay causes an unintended charge, we reverse it.

04Apple App Store purchases

An Apple in-app purchase is billed to your Apple Account under Apple’s purchase terms. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a trial or current period to avoid the next charge under Apple’s renewal process. Apple handles Apple-billed refund requests through Report a Problem. We can help identify a purchase but cannot directly alter Apple’s billing agreement.

An unused portion of a trial may end when you buy another eligible subscription or cancel, as disclosed by Apple. Apple determines offer eligibility and whether Family Sharing is supported. A YourRealm support-circle connection is not Apple Family Sharing and does not itself include paid access.

05Google Play purchases

A Google Play in-app purchase is billed through the Google Account used to buy it. Manage or cancel under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or use Google Play’s subscription management. Cancel before the next renewal shown there. A canceled paid plan generally remains available through the period already paid for, subject to the offer and Google’s rules.

For a Google-billed refund, use Google Play’s refund process or contact us where Google permits the developer to process it. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable law. Google’s purchase terms govern payment handling; we remain responsible for our service obligations.

06Trials, introductory prices, and promotions

A trial or discounted period lasts for the period shown at checkout. If it converts automatically, checkout states the conversion date, regular price, billing interval, and cancellation method before you agree. Cancel by the disclosed deadline to avoid that charge. We send reminders required by law or the applicable platform.

Offer eligibility may be limited to new subscribers or one offer per person or account, as disclosed. We may decline duplicate or fraudulent redemptions, but do not retroactively remove a valid earned discount. A referral reward, gift, or promotional credit has only the value, conditions, and expiration stated in its offer and no cash value unless required by law.

07Canceling and deleting an account

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the offer or applicable law says otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the paid period and cancellation alone does not produce a prorated refund. Uninstalling the app or leaving a support circle does not cancel a subscription.

When you request account deletion, we cancel renewal of subscriptions billed directly by YourRealm and explain any remaining billing records. Apple- or Google-billed subscriptions must also be canceled through the corresponding store; we provide the appropriate route and assistance. We do not delay your privacy deletion while you complete store cancellation. Deleting only one profile does not cancel a plan covering other profiles unless you also cancel that plan.

If a plan is paid for by someone else, the payer controls billing, but does not gain access to private content. Removing that payer from a circle does not cancel their billing agreement. Contact us if the intended recipient’s account is deleted so that we can help the payer cancel or apply any remedy owed.

08Refunds and consumer rights

For direct Stripe purchases, fees are normally nonrefundable for a period already started, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, an express offer, a material service failure or discontinuation requiring a remedy, or applicable law. We review billing errors promptly; contact support@yourrealm.com with the receipt or transaction reference, not your full card number. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.

App-store refunds follow the relevant store’s process and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here removes cancellation, cooling-off, warranty, or refund rights that cannot be waived. If a region allows immediate digital supply to affect a withdrawal right, we obtain the legally required separate request and acknowledgment at purchase; these general Terms alone do not waive that right.

You may dispute an unauthorized charge with your billing provider. We encourage contacting support to resolve errors, but do not require you to waive chargeback or statutory rights. A reversed purchase may remove the associated paid entitlement.

09Plan changes, prices, and taxes

Before an upgrade, downgrade, or change of billing interval is confirmed, the interface or store shows when it takes effect and any immediate charge, credit, or proration. A purchase through a different channel does not automatically cancel an existing subscription; avoid buying a second plan until the first is managed or canceled. Use the supported restore-purchase flow for an eligible existing entitlement.

We give at least 30 days’ notice of a direct-subscription price increase, or more where required, before it applies at renewal. You can cancel before the higher price takes effect. If a platform or law requires express agreement, the increase applies only after that agreement. Store-managed changes follow the store’s notice and consent process. We do not raise the price of a prepaid period retroactively.

Taxes and any mandatory charges are disclosed at checkout as required. Your bank may separately apply currency-conversion or international-payment fees. We do not charge a hidden cancellation fee.
